Since its inception in 2001, Viva la Musica has performed two seasons annually of choral-orchestral works as well as choral art repertoire. Each season, it sings a set of sold-out concerts in which its hallmark is its highly palatable programs that combine a major work from the choral-orchestral genre with a smorgasbord of folk songs, gospel, spirituals and multicultural music.

Among its accomplishments, this choir has participated in the 2005 Vermont International Summer Choral Festival and traveled to Austria in 2006 to sing in prestigious venues in Vienna and Salzburg as part of Mozart’s 250th anniversary celebrations.
