    The Silicon Valley Accordion Society is an organization consisting of accordion aficionados who are committed to fostering activities to promote the accordion. The organization includes members with many years of experience performing and teaching the accordion Performances and meetings are open to all.

    Objectives of the group include awards to promising and potential accordion students, hosting of prominent accordionists, and development of accordion music ensembles. Other activities include publicizing accordion discography, accordion teachers, area performing artists, and music organizations which sell, buy and/or provide repair service for accordions. The organization meets monthly in San Jose.
