The Millbrae Arts Commission consists of nine members appointed by the City Council for terms of four years each. Members serve without compensation. Two of the members are required to be high school student representatives who have all membership privileges. One of the students is appointed for a term of one year, and one is appointed for a term of two years. The Commission regularly meets on the third Thursday of each month.
