Coastal Repertory Theatre (formerly known as This Side of the Hill Players) was founded in 1986 to bring high-quality theatrical entertainment to the Coastside. In 1993, the theater found a home in the Mel Mello Center for the Performing Arts in Half Moon Bay. An artistic beacon of the Coastside, Coastal Rep is a nonprofit community theater run by volunteers and featuring theatrical talent drawn from the Coastside and the greater Bay...

The company is proud of the high quality of their productions, performed in a small, 158-seat theater. CRT's goal is to present excellent performances of plays and musicals that are joyous, hilarious, touching, provocative, inspiring, and above all, entertaining.

A sweet tale, told with vivid, poetic language, "Holiday Memories" is definitely worth seeing. The director did an excellent job of allowing the very talented cast to shine with simple, effective staging. In particular, Gina Guistino and Tom Ammon stand out as Sook and Truman. Their natural, yet vibrant, performances were pitch perfect. Collapse
