Each semester, the College of San Mateo puts on a dance concert to showcase different styles of dance, such as ballroom, tap, modern, lyrical, ballet, and hip hop. The College of San Mateo Performance Dance Ensemble, a nonprofit performing arts organization, is run by students with the help of its faculty advisors to promote dance.
