Rosenfelt’s sly humor, breathless pacing, and terrific plot twists keep the pages spinning toward the showdown on New Year’s Eve in Times Square. Rosenfelt has earned acclaim with his books starring Andy Carpenter, New Jersey attorney who represented a dog in court. In real life, the author and his wife started the Tara Foundation (named in honor of the greatest Golden Retriever the world has ever known) and have rescued almost 4,000 dogs, many of them Goldens, and found them loving homes.
