    The San Mateo International Sportsmen’s Exposition (ISE), now sponsored by the Northern California Marine Association and the American Fly Fishing Trade Association, will bring the best of the outdoors to the San Francisco Bay Area. ISE is the largest gathering of the year for fishing, boating, hunting and outdoor enthusiasts who want to check out new products, try and buy gear, enter a contest, and research “staycations” or the adventure of a lifetime. From fly-casting lessons and dog long-jumping competitions, to in-depth clinics and hundreds of expert-led seminars, enthusiasts of all ages explore outdoor adventures--indoors. ISE features products and services from hundreds of exhibiting companies. Showgoers will encounter lodges, resorts, guides, outfitters and tour operators; fishing gear and hunting accessories; sportfishing boats; apparel and optics; outdoor gadgets; award-winning art and log furniture; outdoors-related clubs and groups; government agencies in charge of campgrounds and parks; enthusiast websites; industry experts and authors; and a wide selection of all-terrain vehicles, boats, trucks, trailers, recreational vehicles and aftermarket accessories. Families will also enjoy a free weekend Youth Outdoor Sports Fair packed with interactive activities, hands-on entertainment and more for children 12 and under.
