    Brad Brown is a well-known and highly respected bi-coastal artist whose work is often comprised of multiple pieces installed in grids. Drawings are built up from ritualistic systems and incidental events that coalesce into unexpected relationships of drawn elements and shapes to form a cogent abstract image. His work is in the collections of the Museum of Modern Art, New York; the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art; the Palace of the Legion of Honor, San Francisco; the Arkansas Art Center, Little Rock; and the Boise Art Museum in Idaho.
