A member of the College of San Mateo's Ethnic Studies department, Rudy "El Professor" Ramirez, will make a short power point presentation on the history, philosophy, and protagonists of this exciting and relatively new genre of music.
Preceding this presentation will be the sounds of African drum ensemble The Rhythm Shakerz. After the presentation, the World Beat Groove band Zanzibar will perform and "El Professor"...
