    The Great Big Garden Bonanza at Filoli

    The summer garden is a bonanza of colorful blooms, tasty foods and wonderful aromas. Filoli’s knowledgeable instructors, staff and volunteers will share how to get the most from the summer garden during three days of informative demonstrations on flower arranging and outdoor orchid care, garden walks and explorations, guided greenhouse visits, talks on vegetable garden basics and garden maintenance, fun crafts for children and more....

    The summer garden is a bonanza of colorful blooms, tasty foods and wonderful aromas. Filoli’s knowledgeable instructors, staff and volunteers will share how to get the most from the summer garden during three days of informative demonstrations on flower arranging and outdoor orchid care, garden walks and explorations, guided greenhouse visits, talks on vegetable garden basics and garden maintenance, fun crafts for children and more.

    From 2:30pm to 3:30pm each of these three days, Pamela Keith and staff from CuisineStyle will provide food demonstrations. Pamela Keith, a classically French-trained chef and founder/CEO of CuisineStyle, received her grand-diplome from the Ritz-Escoffier École de Gastronomie Francaise in Paris and worked in several Parisian Michelin-star restaurant kitchens, including L’Espadon in the Hotel Ritz, Michel Rostang and Jacques Cagna. Pamela is also teaching a Cooking with Seasonal Foods series of classes at Filoli this summer.

    Programs for The Great Big Garden Bonanza are free for members or with paid admission to Filoli. Reservations are not needed! Group rates are available for groups of 12 or more adults by contacting Visitor Services at 650-364-8300 x507.
