Join The Foster City Parks & Recreation Department for a haunted afternoon at the annual Halloween Festival! Enjoy a costume contest, magic show, games, and activities for the whole family. Enjoy magic shows in the Lagoon Room at 12:30pm or 1:15pm. Magic Show Tickets will be on sale at the Recreation Center on the day of the event for $2.
