    Practice yoga to Tibetan chanting, rhythmic drumming and invigorating vibrations that will lull your body into a heightened state of relaxation. In this healing yoga class, musician Bruce Manaka will employ vocal overtone techniques to lead the body and mind into samadhi (concentrated meditation). PJCC Yoga Instructors Eileen Gulik and Yiwen Chang will lead a sattvic (calming) asana practice so that students will discover the healing qualities of sound during movement. After class, socialize and enjoy refreshments with the PJCC yoga community!
