  person's journey. The main character is comprised of real stories from ma
 ny people dealing with self injury. The supporting cast arises from the ex
 periences of friends\, family\, and the medical community encountering it 
 second hand.\nThis is a story of hope. This is an educational tale. This i
 s a story of courage. It's time for the secrecy and shame to end. No one s
 hould have to suffer in silence. Coping Through Pain is a 40 minute show\,
  followed by a 20 minute talkback. The show is written and directed by Eli
